The Concepción Alta Master Plan consists of a total of 68.1 ha (168 Acres) of land, common areas and roads.

The first phase of development encompasses 26.7 hectares (65 acres) and includes 69 planned homesites comprised of (21) Cima Lots, (28) Montaña Lots and (20) Valle Lots. Additionally the project includes (11) Sendero Residential Buildings and (1) Intentional Living Center.
